Swimming, biking, and running, strong focus on nutrition and safety.
Swimming Session: Open water swimming technique, navigation and triathlon starts follow by practical session in the clear water.
Running session includes: Get the right shoes. Warm up and Cool down, learn proper body form, breathing technique and ETC,.
Bike session includes: Safety on the bike, wearing of helmet, navigation around an obstacle course, bike skill plus correct seat heights and tire pressures.
