KiSara Showcases Luscious Lobster this Valentine’s Day

On Friday 14 February 2020, KiSara’s Japanese culinary experts, including Chef de Cuisine, Kenji Shindo, and Bangkok’s only female Japanese Teppan Chef, Masami Inoue, will craft a delectable multi-course menu that showcases luxurious lobster and many other indulgent ingredients.

KiSara’s Valentine’s day set menu includes;

  • GIAHS Seiryu Nagaragawa no Ayu Kobujime Simmered ayu sweetfish from Japan’s Nagara River
  • Homardebi Otsukuri Canadian lobster sashimi
  • US Black Angus Beef Kaminabe, served with vegetables, chicken and ginger soup in a traditional kaminabe paper hotpot.
  • Homard Ebitsume Furai Deep-fried Canadian lobster claw with a fresh garden salad
  • Strawberry & Champagne granita with rose macaroon and fresh mint
  • Homard-ebi Teppanyaki Canadian lobster teppanyaki with Japanese lobster sauce
  •  Unagigohan Seiromushi Steamed, sliced and grilled fresh water eel with egg omelet and shiso leaves on a bed of uruchimai rice
  • Chocolate raspberry cake with red wine jelly and almond

Cafe@2’s Valentine’s day set menu includes;

  • David Hervé French oysters, with passion fruit and sancho pepper vinaigrette, cured Ora King salmon, cucumber flower and lime
  • Delicate foie gras royal, served with Earl Grey-smoked venison, parmesan chips, frisée salad and a port reduction.
  • Homemade lobster tortellini with a seared scallop, bacon and butter & thyme sauce, a sublime pasta dish that sings with the flavors of the sea.
  • Mango sorbet served with shiso leaves and crystal salt
  • Flame-seared Ibérico pluma, served with pan-fried chestnut mushrooms, Kipfler potatoes and a roasted capsicum cream & herb sauce,or
  • Seared yellowtail fish with crushed sweet potatoes, served with fava beans, vanilla oil and green asparagus salad.
