Message from your Chamber

"Dear Members,

As we move into the second half of 2017, we reflect on a busy start to the year that saw us organize multiple events and seek to engage our Members for input and participation across a range of activities.  The good news is this will continue for the remainder of the year, with two of our major events coming up – AFL Grand Final Family Fun Day on Saturday 30 September and Austcham Golf Day on Friday 10 November. Plus a variety of Business Briefings and Networking events in the pipeline.

In August, we will hold partnership events with both the Victorian and South Australian state governments, with VIP presenters and panelists joining us from those respective states.

We will also venture to Phuket in September for a Business Briefing and Sundowners, plus further events for our members on the Eastern Seaboard coming soon.

To keep updated on recent activities, please see our Chamber Business News below. Also, in this edition you can read about the Australian Embassy moving to its new location today, we highlight our Legal Members in our Industry Focus section, more interviews with our Sundowners sponsors, and we welcome six new members into our Chamber!  Plus other interesting stories from the Australian-Thai business community below.

Wishing you a successful month ahead"

Yours sincerely,

Brendan Cunningham

AustCham Executive Director
