Baker McKenzie has been named number one legal brand in the Asia Pacific region for the third consecutive year, according to the Acritas Asia Pacific Brand Index 2019.

The Firm has also grown their lead at the top of the table significantly. Awareness and favorability growth in Hong Kong/China has helped to drive this increased lead, although Baker McKenzie has generated favorability amongst buyers in all of the key Asian Pacific markets where the survey was run.

According to Acritas, expertise is still setting firms apart from their rivals, with clients favoring quality of advice and specialist knowledge. Speed, responsiveness and partner accessibility are also becoming increasingly important in the region for legal buyers.
