
CELEBRATE DIWALI THE “FESTIVAL OF LIGHT” AT PUNJAB GRILL BANGKOK
Punjab Grill Bangkok has launched its new tasting menu for non-vegetarian and vegetarian as a theme of “Diwali” for October and November.
The specially curated six course-tasting menu, which serves authentic dishes in a modern contemporary way.
The menu consist of a variety of Punjab Grill’s new dishes such as Mumbai Chowpaty Chaat, (street food that has three different elements of Bhel, Phuchka and Samosa). Second course is a local Thai inspired tiger prawn Pad Thai using Indian influence. For veg, we serve paneer instead of prawn. Third course is Malai chicken tikka, which is scented with fresh Urbani black truffle. For veg, we replace the chicken with Portobello mushroom. Main course of the menu is Dal gosh (New Zealand lamb racks simmered in creamy black lentils. For veg option, we will be serving raw jackfruit dumplings simmered in creamy and cheesy onion tomato gravy. Final course of the menu is the flash frozen saffron and nuts flavored thandai mousse served at table in a theatrical presentation
