The family-owned company was founded in 1852 in Bremen, Germany. Today, more than 2,000 staff members in about 30 countries are part of its global network.

Röhlig’s core business is intercontinental sea freight and air freight. Röhlig develops tailor-made transport solutions for its customers. Furthermore, the company provides complex services in the fields of project logistics and contract logistics. In the IT sector, subsidiary Röhlig blue-net offers individual interfaces and web solutions.
Network
Particularly in Asia and South America, Röhlig has significantly expanded its network in recent years. In southern Africa, Röhlig operates under the Röhlig-Grindrod brand. Furthermore, in countries where Röhlig does not provide own offices, it has agreements with selected local partners.
