Are you managing or working with local teams and struggling to shift the mindset and attitude around safety culture?

As Australians we’re accustomed to a culture of safety and compliance, with laws and regulations to fundamentally engineer out unsafe behaviour and practices. In the Kingdom of Thailand, safety culture presents itself as one of the starkest differences not only in everyday life but also in business. So, as an Australian managing or working with local teams, how do you work to shift from behaviour compromising safety practices to get the job done in true ‘Thailand Can’ fashion, to one considerate of safe practice?

This briefing will cover how to approach shifting culture, mindsets and attitudes through leadership to improve safety behaviour in your work environment and the lives of your teams.

Linfox are proud to have Mark Everstyn; General Manager, Linfox International Group conducting the presentation; Linfox lead with Vision ZERO, a program dedicated to safety, which has resulted in major reduction in incidents across Thailand since it’s introduction. This will be followed by opportunities for Q&A.

Time:

  • 11.45 - 12.00 : Registration
  • 12.00 – 13.00 : Presentation by Mark Everstyn; General Manager, Linfox International Group
  • 13.00 – 13.30 : Q&A and general discussion
