On 21 March, chefs from over 3,000 restaurants and 150 embassies over 5 continents will celebrate French gastronomy together for a meal in a healthy and earth-friendly way. 

    Every year, Good France or Goût de France reveals French cuisine made with natural, seasonal product from various regions in France. For 2018, Goût de France will be paying tribute to the late 3 Star Michelin Chef Paul Bocuse.

    As we participate in this vital event, we proudly present delightful dishes created by our talented Chef Christian Caluwaert, drawing inspiration from Chef Alain Ducasse. In his 10 years of professional experience in Europe, Chef Christian had the privilege to work in many Michelin star restaurants such as L’Orangerie in Belgium, Hostellerie de Levernois in France and also Le 39V in France. 

    During his tenure at these restaurants, he also had the opportunity to work with some of the legendary names in the industry such as Chef Alain Ducasse and Chef Frédéric Vardon.

    The appealing menu features starters as Cheese Gougere, Dover Sole Goujonnette and Snail Cromesquis. For the main dishes, there will be Egg Cocotte with Morels Mushrooms, Spring Asparagus and Foie Gras shaves as well as Charolais Beef Filet Mignon with potato Dauphine and Cream young spinach leaves.
